We are the Las Vegas Chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America Inc.
We were chartered in 1960 and formed the Las Vegas Gamble-Aires Barbershop Chorus, a non-profit organization.
We are a performing chorus as well as providing a stage for those members who wish only to sing for fun and do not wish to perform in public appearances.
We have had as many as 80 performing members at one time, we presently have 46 members 22 of them actively performing in our public appearances.
We have members from 13 years old to 80+ years old.
We presently have two Fantastic Co-Directors John Waugh and Albert Weiss.
The Las Vegas Gamble-Aires have been the foundation for many quartets over the years, some of the more recent are the Tumbleweeds, Music to Go, the Desert Sons and Out-of-Time.
Revue and Broadcast
We welcome anyone who loves to sing and wants to be part of the greatest hobby on earth.
